If you would like to irrigate your nasal cavity all you have to do is take this little teapot and fill it with warm water and a powdery mixture that can be obtained here. Then you stick the spout up your nostril and pour it in. It goes all up through your head and then out the other side. Then repeat for the other nostril. I'm not sure what the purpose for doing this is. People seem to say it helps something.
